About
The early stages of a startup are complicated to navigate—pitching an idea, raising money, and developing a product are daunting challenges for first-time founders and serial entrepreneurs alike. But building a market-leading startup isn’t just about how many customers you have or how much revenue you bring in. The organizational side of things—hiring the right people and building an authentic culture—is key to long-term success.
Join leaders from Parachute, Reformation, GOAT, and Upfront Ventures as they discuss their firsthand experience growing their company, culture, and team. They will share their learnings and also talk about:
✓ Finding, interviewing, and retaining great people
✓ Bringing in generalists vs. specialists
✓ Shaping company culture
✓ Scaling your organization
We hope you’ll join us!
Plus, if you're around from 4:00-6:00pm before the event and have questions on Stripe, monetization, pricing, sales, go-to-market strategy or simply just want to connect with a member of the Stripe team, sign up to attend our office hours.
